Man’s chief end is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. God has ordained that man must worship Him through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, as it’s written in the Holy Scriptures. Therefore, Dreamstate’s mission is to become the world standard for Christian entertainment that honors the Son.
One of the most frustrating things in entertainment is finding something that on the outset looks and sounds cool, but then is either outright full of dead bones and uncleanness or misses the mark in terms of doctrinal integrity. Dreamstate turns all of that on its head.
We produce experiences that truly honor the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, without caving to the flatness of typical evangelical content that ignores the realities of real life nor the temptation to be all-inclusive at the expense of the truth.
We currently offer four products:
- Dreamstate Legends: a medieval fantasy, digital tabletop role-playing game (RPG) + board game experience intended to play with a group over multiple sessions that’s currently in development.
- Dreamstate Tomes of Coloring: high quality, medieval fantasy-themed coloring books. Each illustration is on its own piece of heavy paper and framed in a border with a Bible verse on the back that matches (most of the time) the theme of the illustration. Created by Chevas and his three children, Levi, Kennedy, and Tieran.
- Dreamstate Echoes: Medieval themed, instrumental music that honors the American and Western European heritage, led by Chevas’s son, Levi Foster. Many songs are augmented by AI, but every melody is written by hand by Levi.
- Dreamstate Art Packs: We sell visual art packages for digital-to-print crafts, Cricut, and assets for tabletop games.
Dreamstate was started by Chevas Foster, first with the game, motivated by a desire to find activities and games to play with his son, which you can read more about here.
Chevas is a husband and father who thrives in the creative process and social interaction. In addition to Dreamstate, he is a designer who runs a branding and marketing company as well as a knowledge management app. Chevas has enjoyed fantasy role playing video games since his childhood and has probably drawn over 1000 castles in his life time.
